STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY (NO REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODS)

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unstained, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number and email address associated with the return. If you cannot provide a receipt, order number, or order confirmation we cannot issue store credit.

If your return is accepted, you will be able to download a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to, and where to, send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost of the return is the fiscal responsibility of the customer.

The exceptions to this policy are items marked as “sale” and giveaway items (items won through giveaways) - those orders are final and not eligible for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@after12official.com if the item is defective, damaged, etc., so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, giveaway items, gift with purchase, or gift cards. We also do not accept items that have been stained and/or bleached or otherwise worn.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges due to the limited edition nature of our business. If you would like to return your item, please see our return policy.

Store Credit

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, we will provide you with store credit via a gift code (this code does not expire). If not approved, we will offer to send back the item to you.
